Fairepart.app is the first (in France lol) all-in-one digital experience for personal and festive events: weddings, birthdays, baby showers, parties

It started when my co-founder, we did the same engineering school, had to organize his wedding in less than 3 months. The hardest part wasn't logistics. It was communication with guests, especially in a post-pandemic world where every group had migrated to a different app. We wanted to build the opposite: one place where communication just *works*, and where every feature actually serves the people organizing the most important day of their life.

Co-founded the company. Designed everything from 0 to 1: product, brand, website, etc. Built the design system. Shaped the entire end-to-end experience.

What I'm most proud of is : The features we didn't ship. It's easy to add what people ask for. It's harder to think about what's actually useful. Two examples:

1. A one-way chat: No replies. Just messages from organizers to guests. Because what matters is that the info gets through — not that everyone has to respond.

2. A photo album with hard limits: 12 photos per person. Not to upsell premium packs later, just to keep albums digestible and force a natural curation like in old days with real album pictures. In a world where people shoot 100 photos per event, restraint is the feature.
